I intend any sperm Ghislaine has gathered, into the bosom of Abraham, to be a microcosm.

The idea might have been for those microcosmic sperm to enter Ghislaine, bless her, and open up, flower into, in utero, a macrocosm, or, better yet, a cosmos.
